Since consulting services normally require the consultant to travel to and from a client’s site, valuable natural resources are expended, green house gases are produced and the consultant’s productivity is decreased by commuting.  Whenever the consulting services can be performed offsite from a home office, none of these resource drains occur.  All of these resource drains truly equate to dollars and cents.

Consulting services provided offsite through the use of telecommuting technology are provided “Green”. 

Grout Consulting discounts our hourly rates for services provided Green.  Our goal is to bill 50% of our consulting hours Green.

Many of our engagements, by their very nature, require an onsite consulting presence.  Grout Consulting strives to strike the balance between providing the level of service required, total expense and environmental impact.  Most engagements are not 100% Green nor 100% onsite.  Grout Consulting will work with you and your staff to achieve the Green balance that is most comfortable to you and is most appropriate for the specific engagement.
